It is the worst lounge ever that i have visited. No food , just some lousy drink such as coffee , tea. No snack, sandwich, hot soup , rice , bread . nothing . Others lounge(that i have been ) have all that i mention. I was so shock that Narita ,Japan has such as low quality lounge... so poor .....Ok it has quite a peaceful lounge that's because not much customer. Sofa is soft . I try to thing about the good point. Decoration is minimal and out dated. Dont waste your time to walk to Narita lounge (end of both wings in one stair upper of departure floor. Unless you want a leg relax or just quiet place to sit. Please remind that these 2 lounges are before the security gate "custom check in" so you have to go down and get in the security check point and do all custom process. You can't just relax in these lounges for long. I want to give a minus point . Don't even worth for a star.
Very crowded. The front door lady was very nice but seats were limited she did her best try to squiz more people in but still lots of people have to wait outside.
Didn't go in as it looked small and uncomfortable. No food here. Only drinks.
This place is pretty small.... and there a no option to food or snacks...there are no glass cups and only one option is a paper cups...I was hoping to have a better quality since you are paying for it...But it is okay... better that waiting in the middle crowds I thinkThe drinks available is teas and coffee and cappuccino and soft drinks the detail here is that this lounge don't have a restrooms inside...
Detailed Evaluation 3.0TEI Lounge Narita Airport Terminal 2 StoreAlthough it is a small lounge, it has a full alcohol service.I quit it because it was still in the morning, but I usually leave after drinking a cup.Coffee and soft drinks are also available. There was a cafe au lait so I had a cup of it.Because there is an outlet, it is also useful when charging.
Very small. The lounge is sadly small.
Used before boarding LCC. When I showed a credit card to a Chinese-like female staff at the counter, I was asked if I had a boarding pass, so if I hadn't found it yet, I scanned the card and said, “Please go to your favorite seat.” Draft beer and small snacks are provided free of charge. It may be good for a short break before departure, but the table is low and the computer work cannot be done without leaning forward. The Chinese staff had a lot of noise in the backyard, and the BGM seemed to be classic, and it was loud and noisy.
I used it every time because I could organize my luggage while drinking alcohol before check-in. 1 cup free of alcohol (beer, sparkling wine, etc.) There is draft beer. Also available when returning to Japan. However, it seems that the VISA card has become an IASS lounge from December 10, 2019. IASS is beautiful, but unfortunately there is no draft beer.
not even considered a lounge. it's just a seating space. they can only offer you coffee/tea. How can you rest in here? It's not even worth to have a star.
20190515I always use it from NaritaMitsui Trust viza with Gold CardOne free beerGo and return availableI always get only about 20%
Walked in a walked right back out. It’s like a dental office waiting room. What is the point!? You even have to pay for alcohol. Thanks I’ll go anywhere else. Enjoy your terrible, god awful lounge.
Extremely low quality lounge. Dark, no windows and crowded. Layout is horrible and doesn't offer a complementary alcoholic drink.
Slow internet, wrong side of immigration
Possibly one of the worst lounges available. There is no food, no snack, no alcohol, no bathroom, and no space. Narita is a nice airport and they have many public spaces that appear to be in better shape. There really is no reason to have this here....
A small and simple rest area with computer, sofas, and beverages. Toilet is nearby but there are no bathing facilities. Staff tries to be helpful but speaks limited English. For such a big airport, and in Japan, the lounge was a letdown! By far the worst lounge that we have used. :(
Better to wait at one of the restaurants or cafes
Located on the 5th floor of the Narita Airport Central Building. Opposite is the IASS Lounge. It is outside the restricted area and can be used on arrival flights. This lounge is not a priority pass or JCBIt is more than each card gold. When you enter with a priority pass,Because there is no free first cup of alcoholI entered the room with VISA.Upon entering the room, they were asked for alcoholic drinks, and all of them turned into beers. (Lol)There is also room temperature. It ’s kind (explosion)drink barThere is also onion soup.Spacious room. Freer and more comfortable than the IASS Lounge! Are there few users because there is only an outlet on the wall? There is also a free PC.
A glass of draft beer is free. Perfect for short time adjustments. Amazon Gold Card OK.
As of the end of July 2020, it was closed due to coronal damage. Please be careful if you are using it for LCC!
This is probably the worst lounge you would ever vist or ever visit. Strong avoid if you can …better they remove it
Pathetic
I was surprised that there is such a Shovoy lounge on international flights in Japan. I'm sure that foreigners visiting the Tokyo Olympics would be inevitable if they could imagine a high-tech country. It is better to improve.
Wish I could of rated less than 1 star it was so bad. Literally only had soft drinks and coffee. $# for alcoholic drinks. Didn't offer chips or anything and no outside foods allowed. Avoid at all costs
It is a credit card lounge before departure procedure. It is on the 4th floor on the south side. Even if you have not issued a ticket, it is OK if you show the e-ticket, so it is useful if you arrive early. Alcohol is free and you can choose draft beer. Soft drinks are self-service free. The lounge is small and has only 40 seats, so when it is crowded it may be a shared seat. There is only a limited number of outlets.
Only soft drink and coffee/tea.
Closes before posted closing time. Terrible
Very small space we had to leave our carry-ons at the entrance. No rest room.No food. Just coffee, few soda&juice choices were included. I think public seats were more spacious.
Interior is very narrow and I was longing for public waiting place. Besides not serving food, they don't allow to eat food brought in. The staff are watching the guests with prying eyes and you pick up one phone call, boom they come jumping to tell not to talk. I will never ever dare to enter this place. (Used the lounge with Priority Pass and this one is the worst by far.)
Basic and small place to have a seat and get internet, that's all.
I used it before leaving Japan. It can be used with one person if you pay an additional fee (¥ 1000 / 2h).I could drink one beer in the extra fee, so I thought the cost performance was good and bad.
Since it is in the area before departure, it is not possible to stay long, but it can also be used when returning to Japan or using domestic flights. Also, when you use it for free with a credit card, you can get a glass of draft beer or canned beer for free, and there is also a drink bar for soft drinks and coffee. It is smaller than the IASS lounge, but there are few users and it is calm.Copying and printing are available for a fee, so it is convenient when you forget to print before leaving Japan. There are tie-ups with Priority Pass and Dragon Pass, but the service level is low compared to these lounges overseas. Ample service for a card lounge.
Complete trash priority pass lounge. Don't come here, instead go to IASS directly across from this one. It's not great but its a little better than this dump.
